The shadowseekerâs body contorts and spasms in bizarre ways, confounding other creatures. Each non-derro creature within 5 feet of the shadowseeker that can see it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be affected as if by a confusion spell for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creatureâs saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the shadowseekerâs Maddening Convulsions for the next 24 hours.
